Return/Refund Policy: No returns or refunds are accepted unless:
1. Item arrives broken ( item is unwearable).
2. Opening video is provided as proof of damage.
Return/Refund is not accepted if customer has a problem with size of the jewellery as the information is already provided.

2. Slight color differences between product images and actual items are possible.
Quality Control: We take care to ensure high-quality products is delivered to you.
